A note on the reverse of this artwork reads: “In talking to Vera Frenkel (Oct. 1993) with regards to this etching “Household Shrine”, Vera mentioned that since her studio space was quite small, she only managed to print two or three of this image. It was submitted to Canada Coucil in 1969 for the Canada Council Bursary.”
