The Sampson-Matthews Silkscreen Project (1941–1963) was one of the largest public art initiatives in Canadian history, aimed at fostering national identity and supporting the war effort through the dissemination of art. Spearheaded by Group of Seven members A.Y. Jackson and A. J. Casson, and in collaboration with the National Gallery of Canada, the project produced high-quality silkscreen reproductions of Canadian artworks, primarily landscapes, to boost morale among troops and promote Canadian culture domestically and abroad.

Executed by the Toronto-based firm Sampson-Matthews Ltd., the project featured works by prominent artists such as Tom Thomson, Emily Carr, and Lawren Harris. The silkscreens, often measuring 30 x 40 inches, utilized oil-based inks and were notable for their vibrant colours and durability. The popularity of these prints led to their widespread distribution in public institutions, including schools, libraries, and government offices.
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
