This artwork has a 1998 certificate of appraisal with a fair market evaluation of $500. You Choose the Charity: 100% of the hammer price for this piece will go to charity, and the winning bidder gets to choose which charity from our list will receive the funds: MacKenzie Art Gallery, Creative Kids Saskatchewan, Grandmothers 4 Grandmothers, Briercrest College Scholarship Fund, Cathedral Village Arts Festival, and Saskatchewan Writers Guild.
Notes:
Ross Bollerup was born in Vancouver, B.C. in 1942 and he continues to live and work there. He is a painter and printmaker who graduated with honours from the Vancouver School of Art in 1964. His paintings can be found in private and public collections such as The Canada Council Art Bank, the Coast Foundation Society, the Print Consortium and the Universities of Saskatchewan and Oregon.
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
