Provenance:
Private Collection, Ontario
Notes:
Meaghan Hyckie is a Canadian artist whose work explores domesticity, memory, and the emotional resonance of architectural forms. Using drawing and analog printmaking techniques such as silkscreen and intaglio, she creates visually and emotionally layered compositions. Her imagery often features simplified architectural icons, like stylized houses, to evoke feelings of comfort and unease.

Consignor proceeds from the sale of this lot will benefit the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, with significant donations also being made to the Canadian Opera Company, the Glenbow Museum, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and the Pelee Island Bird Observatory.
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
