From the University of Calgary Department of Art Printmaking Program 2015 Portfolio. This print is in the permanent collection of the Nickel Gallery, University of Calgary.
Notes:
Marina DiMaio received her BFA from University of Calgary, and an MFA from the University of Victoria. Her interdisciplinary work often involves themes of spirituality. DiMaio received a PURE Award of the University of Calgary for her 2016 printmaking, and a 2017 Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship, was named RISE Emerging Artist in 2016 and the 2017 Kwi Am Choi Exhibition Scholarship in 2017. Her work can be found in several public collections, including the Nickel Galleries and the Glenbow Museum.
