Marco Bertuzzo is a Toronto-based artist known for his vibrant, allegorical paintings that blend classical influences with contemporary themes. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from OCAD University in Toronto and a Master of Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins in London. Bertuzzo's practice explores the reconfiguration of historical symbols, forms, and motifs to create new narratives. His work often blurs the lines between beauty and the grotesque, erotic and absurd, inviting viewers to engage with the imagery and derive personal interpretations.
