Leslie Rowe-Israelson grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, and studied at the Alberta College of Art (Calgary), Vancouver College of Art, Andrighetti Glassworks, and the Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, Washington, where she eventually became an instructor. Leslie Rowe-Israelson lives and works in Invermere, British Columbia, Canada.
