Lena Vieru Conta is Romanian pianist and visual artist, who holds a Bachelor's Degree (1981) and a PhD (2004) in music from National University of Music in Bucharest (1981) and a Master's Degree in art history and theory from Bucharest National University of Arts (1998). She has performed throughout the world, her art has been exhibited in Romania, Canada, Netherlands, England and the USA. Vieru Conta has taught a universities in Canada (University of Regina) and Romania, including the National University of Music in Bucharest.
