Notes:
Kenneth Branston was born in Petrolia, ON in 1905 . He was totally deaf and was a graduate of The Ontario College of Art in 1934, receiving a certificate in drawing and painting. He was employed by the Saskatchewan government in the Department of Town planning as a draftsman for 25 years while living in Regina. He became well known as a painter of prairie scenes and his work is held in public and private collections across Canada.
