From the Briercrest College Art Collection. 100% of the hammer price goes to the Briercrest College Scholarship Fund. This artwork has a 1998 certificate of appraisal with a fair market evaluation of $700.
Notes:
Joel Masewich resides in Salem in rural Southern Ontario. He employs a method using layers of paint that are then mixed with palette knives and brushes, giving a lively interplay of colours. His work is widely collected by both private and public buyers.
