Notes:
We are grateful to Isabelle de Lannoy for her assistance cataloguing this lot. She notes that the Ch. Pottier/ Emballeur label to the verso of the original frame is most interesting. The Pottier packing company was working with the New York and Baltimore art dealers, Lucas and Avery at this time. They were in contact with Henner as early as the late 1860's until the beginning of the 1880's (cf. their published diaries)
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
