Includes a copy of 1984 receipt from Craddock and Barnard (London UK). From the Gary Robertson Historical Print Collection (Regina). This piece is also in the collection of the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (UK) and the Rijksmuseum (Amsterdam).
Notes:
Hans Collaert II was a Flemish engraver born in Antwerp in 1561, son of engraver Jan Collaert I and brother of engraver Adriaen Collaert. Most of his work was done for the print publisher Phillip Galle. Hans Collaert II died in Antwerp, in or just after 1620.
