Notes:
George Raab is a Canadian printmaker best known for his wilderness landscape etchings and aquatints. His intaglio images are made by creating grooves and textures below the surface of zinc or copper plates. The techniques he uses most frequently are etching, aquatint, photo-etching, and watercolour painting. His subject matter is most often the natural areas around Millbrook, Ontario and the Kawartha Lakes region.
