Elaine Seis is a Regina, Saskatchewan artist, originally trained as a teacher, who has studied with artists Jack Reid, Robert Genn, Brian Atyeo and Linda Kemp. She is a longtime member of the Art Gallery of Regina and Prairie Artists Guild, and has exhibited her work with these groups as well as Assiniboia Gallery (Regina), Pacific Gallery (Saskatoon) and Letterbox Gallery (Lumsden).
