Includes a 2012 printout from the time of purchase from Inuit Aboriginart website for this particular print. This image was print number eleven of the 2011 Pangnirtung Print Collection.
Notes:
Eena Angmarlik was born in Nunataa, Nunavut, near the regional centre Pangnirtung. She took to drawing from an early age and after taking a printmaking course at the Uqqurmiut Center for Arts & Crafts in Pangnirtung, Eena has worked extensively in a range of print media, including stencil printing, linocut, etching and drypoint engraving. Often her subjects are drawn from the nature and the northern environment. Several of her prints have been featured in the Pangnirtung Community Print Collections. Eena Angmarlik continues to live and work in Pangnirtung, Nunavut.
