Edwin Matthews was an acclaimed landscape painter and painting instructor who once apprenticed with 'Group of Seven' artist A. J. Casson. He was a member of the Ontario Society of Artists. He and his wife Barbara were the founders and inspiration behind the Gallery on the Lake and the Buckhorn Wildlife Art Festival. He was also recipient of the Governor General of Ontario's Citizenship Award, Peterborough's Citizen of the Year and Rotary International's highest award.
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
