Edna Colbeck was born in Grand Valley, Ontario in 1892. She came to Saskatchewan as a child, and was a public school teacher in Regina, Saskatchewan, for many years. As an artist, Colbeck exhibited in the annual shows of the Local Council of Women and the Regina Sketch Club. Edna Colbeck died in Regina in 1977.
