David Tamerin was born in 1945 in Israel and was accepted into Bezalel Academy of Art and Design at age 15. Upon graduation he worked as a graphic designer and later as an advertising art director and eventually moved to New York where he studied at the School of Visual Arts. As a master printmaker he has made prints with many great artists and is considered a great print artist in his own right. Tamerin now resides in Kfar Sabar Israel.
