This lithograph print is part of the "Homage to Jack Bush" suite of prints created in 1984 by several Canadian artists.
Notes:
Darryl Hughto was born in Watertown, NY. in 1943. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from Cranbrook Academy of Art (Bloomfield Hills, Ml). He made his initial impression as an abstract painter showing in New York City during the seventies. His work has featured extensively in solo and group shows across Canada and the U.S.Art by Hughto is held in the permanent collections of many important museums and public and private collections, including: Contemporary Art Museum, Houston; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; Gardner Museum; Boston Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York Museum of Fine Arts and the Remai Modern, Saskatoon, SK.
