A haunting life-sized mask imprinted with a pattern of dotted lines is cast in bronze by Canadian sculptor Dale Dunning. This sculpture may have been inspired by Ebo masks from Nigeria. This sculpture is stamped and signed. Dunning holds a BFA from Mt. Allison University, NB, and a Master of Fine Arts from Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan. Dunning's work is held in the collections of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Robert McLaughlin Gallery, McIntosh Gallery at Western University, Carleton University Art Collection, and the National Library of Canada.
