Cecelia Jurgens is a full time artist in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She has studied at the University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon) and participated in many workshops and peer groups, and since 2004 has led outdoor sketchbook workshops and sketchbook tours to international locations, including Europe, South America and Africa. She is an elected member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour, and is active with the Federation of Canadian Artists.
Most realised prices include the Buyer's Premium of 18-25%, but not the HST/GST Tax.
