Scott Duncan received his BFA from the Pratt Institute (New York) in 1967. For 2 years he worked as illustrator for there U.S. Army Exhibit Unit (Alexandria, Virginia. After an honourable discharge Duncan began work as a freelance illustrator. Four of his portraits have appeared on the cover of Time magazine, and his work appeared in many other publications. His work is widely held in both public (including the Pentagon, Washington, DC) and private collections.
