Michelle Brownridge was born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1986. She studied Print Media at the University of Regina, completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2010. During her time as a student, Brownridge met fellow printmakers Karli Jessup, Caitlin Mullan, and Amber Dalton, and together, they formed the print collective Articulate Ink. Since 2011, Brownridge has been the resident curator at Regina's Hague Gallery.
