June Olson moved to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia with her family in 1972 began teaching watercolor and oil painting classes with Continuing Education and pursued teaching throughout the 70's and 80s. She travelled extensively throughout Nova Scotia, Labrador and Bermuda to paint. Her paintings are in the collection of the Art Bank of Nova Scotia as well as many private collections in Canada, United States, Europe, Bermuda and Japan.
