Hristo Kerin was born in 1966 in Pazardjik, Bulgaria. In 1992 he received his MA of fine arts from the University of Veliko Tarnovo St. Cyril and St. Methodius, Bulgaria. In 2005 he was appointed Associate professor of graphic arts at the same university. He has taken a part in many exlibris competitions and exhibitions in Italy, Turkey, Belarus, China, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Mexico etc. and has won several awards for his ex libris compositions.
