F. Wayne Tunison was born in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1953, and graduated from Central Collegiate in 1970 with a diploma in Fine Arts. With Graduate and Post-Graduate degrees in Engineering, Tunison has, for over 30 years, played and taught tower bell ringing in Regina, and has acted in many stage production while continuing to be an underground visual artist.
