Notable Art Works
This work is one half of the original lithograph by Edvard Munch titled "The Bear (Bjørnen)" from his Alfa and Omega series. The original print consists of two slightly different versions of the woman, Omega, embracing the bear. A letter on verso, signed by Gerd Woll and Jan Thurmann of the Munch Museum in Oslo, declares this to be an authentic Munch print.
