This lot consists of the portfolio containing the full suite of seven signed lithographs commissioned and published by Galerie Krugier & Cie to mark their 1964 exhibition, Rencontres: Jeune peinture et sculpture internationale. This portfolio is one of the deluxe signed editions of 200 copies. The featured artists were then in their early-to-mid thirties. Reproduced here is the cover of the portfolio along with the lithographs by David Hockney (UK 1937 - ) and Horst Antes (Germany 1936 - ). The other five works are by Andre Bertholo (Portugal 1935 - 2005 ), Bernhard Luginbuhl (Switzerland 1929 - 2011), Bernard Rancillac (France 1931- ), Hervé Télémaque (Haiti 1937 - ) and Ghislain Uhry (Poland / France, 1932 - ).
