Signed "A. Rodin" and inscribed "Copyright by Musée Rodin 1965", with foundry mark "Georges Rudier Fondeur Paris" in the cast at the bottom edge, stamped with raised lettering "A. Rodin" to the interior. Titled and numbered "septieme epreuve (7)" of 12, "inventory No. 1.944, a été vendue par le Musée Rodin" to the accompanying Musée Rodin, Paris certificate signed and dated August 3, 1967 by Madame C. Goldscheider, with the label of Dominion Gallery, Montreal, titled and numbered "cast No. 7 of 12", Inventory No. C4614 to the underside of the black marble base.Bronze/Overall 12 x 10.5 x 7.5 in - 30.5 x 26.7 x 19.1 cm; 16 in - 40.6 cm
