Norma Gross lived in rural Saskatchewan prior to moving to Regina in 1948. She studied under the direction of MacGregor Hone at Central Collegiate high school, in Regina, and Roy Kiyooka at the University of Regina. Norma Gross worked in acrylic, watercolour, oils, china painting and hand painted tiles, and exhibited throughout Saskatchewan.
